All rights in "[chatFD]" (hereinafter referred to as "Software") are owned by [Woojoo Han] (hereinafter referred to as "Licensor") and are protected by copyright laws around the world. This License Agreement outlines the terms and conditions for the use of the Software.
The Licensor grants the user who agrees to this Agreement a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use the Software. All other rights are expressly reserved and may not be exercised without the written consent of the Licensor.
The user is permitted to use the Software for personal and internal business purposes. However, the user shall not engage in the following activities:
a. Reproduction: The user may not copy or reproduce the Software.
b. Modification: The user may not modify, alter, or create derivative works of the Software.
c. Merger: The user may not merge or integrate the Software with other software.
d. Distribution: The user may not distribute, lend, lease, rent, sell, sublicense, transfer, or otherwise make available the Software to third parties.
e. Reverse Engineering: The user may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software.
Commercial use of the Software without express written consent is prohibited. Commercial use includes any activity where the Software is used directly or indirectly to generate revenue.
The Software is provided "as is," and all express or implied warranties are disclaimed. The Licensor is not liable for any damages arising from the use of the Software.
In no event shall the Licensor be liable to the user or any third party for any incidental, consequential, special, punitive, indirect, or similar damages.
